Role Summary

We are looking for a commercially driven and creative Senior Partnerships Manager to help grow our client base and revenue at Double Tap. You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, from global brands to rights holders and platforms, and playing a key role in building long-term, strategic partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and client relationships. You’ll work closely with the leadership and partnerships team to shape how the world’s biggest brands connect with football culture through creators. It’s a high-impact role for someone with sharp instincts, strong communication skills, and a passion for the creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

● Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with brands, platforms, and partners.

● Lead outreach, pitching, and relationship building to convert prospects into clients.

● Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, creative concepts, and pitch materials.

● Negotiate and close deals that align with Double Tap’s commercial and creative vision.

● Manage existing client relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and long-term collaborations.

● Contribute to the strategic development of the partnerships department.

● Monitor market trends and creator-brand activations to inform future outreach and strategy.

● Attend events and represent Double Tap at key industry activations.

Your Profile

● 3+ years of experience in business development, commercial partnerships, or client-facing roles (preferably in an agency, media, or sports environment).

● Track record of winning and managing high-value deals.

● Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

● Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.

● Deep interest in football, content creators, and branded content.

● Highly collaborative and able to work across creative and operational teams.

● Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus.
