Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Junior Partnerships Manager to join our growing North-American team. This role offers a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience at the intersection of talent management, project execution, and strategic growth.

You will support the Partnerships department in managing talent campaigns, growing our presence in our North-American market, and assisting with creative activations. This is the ideal role for someone looking to grow within the sports, content, or influencer marketing industries, and who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day talent management, including coordination of deliverables, timelines, and communication with talents.

  • Assist in expanding Double Tap’s presence in our North-American market by identifying US and Canada based talent and brand opportunities.

  • Manage and execute campaign deliverables from start to finish, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and creator timelines.

  • Act as a point of contact between creators, brands, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Assist with reporting, campaign recaps, and case studies for clients and internal use.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation for talent-brand activations.

  • Stay on top of trends in soccer, social media, and content creation to inform future strategies.

Your Profile

  • Proficient in English.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, sports media, content production, agency work, or a similar environment.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.

  • Familiarity with the US sports landscape (MLS, NWSL, USSF) and US-based creator trends.

  • Passion for soccer, sports culture, and digital content is a major plus.

  • Fluency in other languages is a bonus.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
