Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team in Barcelona. This internship is a great opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in commercial and media law within a dynamic and fast-growing agency at the intersection of football, media, and content creation.

You'll work closely with our legal and operations team on the agreements that sit behind every campaign we run, from talent representation and brand partnerships to licensing and content rights. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and keen to see how legal work supports a creative business day to day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, including talent agreements, brand partnership deals, NDAs, and supplier contracts.

• Maintain and organize our contract database, templates, and legal documentation.

• Support the team on intellectual property, image rights, and content licensing matters.

• Conduct legal research on relevant Spanish and EU regulations, including advertising standards and influencer marketing rules.

• Assist with data protection and GDPR compliance tasks.

• Help track contract deadlines, renewals, and deliverables across the talent roster.

• Support the team in improving legal processes, templates, and internal documentation.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law, or a related field with a legal focus.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Confident drafting and reviewing written documents.

• Strong research and analytical skills, with a structured mindset.

• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.

• Interest in sports, media, entertainment, or IP law is a plus.

• Fluent in English (Spanish is a bonus).
