The Home Of Creators reaches its third anniversary and we are thrilled to share our story with you and reflect on the past year's highlights. We reflect on a year filled with passion, content creation, and unforgettable football memories.
Creating content for you to Double Tap!
The Double Tap Family has been present at various football events, that have allowed us to showcase the talents we represent and connect with the brands we work with. We’ve also collaborated with some top brands in the world of football off the pitch and connected within the family.
Transfer Deadline Day At the start of last year, we accompanied Fabrizio Romano through another Transfer Window topped with a 6-hour Deadline Day show, live from Milano, produced by Double Tap. This time, the show's highlight was the transfer of Lucas Bergvall to Tottenham and we even moved to the world of F1 as Fabrizio announced the HERE WE GO, for Lewis Hamilton to Ferrari!
Brand collaboration As Double Tap strives to connect our talents with brands, to help them reach their goals here are some of the highlights from the past 12 months.
Our season-long collaboration with LFP in 11 activations has gathered over 100 MILLION impressions as our creators witnessed games all over France, from Ligue 1 to Cup Competitions, getting the VIP treatment along the way. The highlight of the collaboration was for sure the meeting of Kylian Mbappé and Fabrizio Romano at the last game of the season!
EAFC hosted our creators in their launch event in Amsterdam, allowed them to play at Ajax facilities, and film with icons of the game like Wesley Sneijder, or current professionals like the Women’s Olympique Lyonnais team. We’ve also celebrated EAFC’s Ultimate Birthday with the help of Pitch Addict and Carla Gabián!
Double Tap has activated with NIVEA Men on several different occasions, with several different creators. The Real Madrid sponsor invited us to visit the club’s training ground where the whole of Real Madrid’s first team was waiting! ‘El Clásico’ next awaited at the new Bernabéu, and Roberto Carlos at Valdebebas. And to top it all off, NIVEA Men was one of our partners which we activated during the Champions League Final weekend! We’ve also moved from the football to music stages with a Nicky Romero performance!
European Finals Double Tap’s talented creators had an unforgettable time at not one, but two of the UEFA Champions League finals. Reaching a record-breaking number of activations with 30 creators (double of last year) and 5 brands in London at the men’s final and 6 creators at the women’s in Bilbao, they’ve left their digital footprints all across, in collaboration with Heineken, Nivea Men, PlayStation, Expedia and Just Eat Takeaway.com. Let’s not forget that was also an opportunity for the Double Tap Family to come together in London!
Creators Day
We’ve hosted our first-ever Creators Day in our Barcelona office with the talents that were attending the quarter-final game of the UCL between FC Barcelona and PSG. We’ve had a blast as creators have had the opportunity to meet in real life, film some amazing content on and off the pitch and later enjoy 90 minutes of top-level football.
Everything we do is for the family!
In the past year we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming 13 new talents to the Family - ViperSport, Eman SV2, Andrea Trega, Juego de Doce, Javi Freestyle, Pitch Addict, The Dutch Goalkeeper, Georgina Léger, Carla Gabián, Matchfit Soccer, Groundhopper, Lou Benoit and Ilse van Esch have hit the ground running, and together with all our talents, we’re excited to see them grow and develop in the next year!
We’re very proud of the community we’ve built so far and we’re grateful to everyone who has been a part of our journey. The support and belief in our vision from our partners have been the driving force behind our work, and the creativity of our creators inspires us every day.
