Double Tap Creators Join Paramount+ for a Weekend of Combat Sports

For one of the biggest weekends in combat sports, Paramount+ brought some of our creators along for the ride.

Efr0n and Ron Shredz were invited to experience the action first-hand, with Efr0n attending both Noche UFC in Glendale and Ryan Garcia vs. Conor Benn in Las Vegas, while Ron joined for the Garcia vs. Benn fight.

Noche UFC

The weekend kicked off with Noche UFC, the UFC's annual event celebrating Mexican Independence Day weekend. Held at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, the card was headlined by Jean Silva vs. Jose Miguel Delgado, alongside a line-up featuring former champions and some of the UFC's biggest names.

For Efr0n, the night was only the beginning. After Noche UFC, he headed to Las Vegas ahead of Garcia vs. Benn, travelling between the two events by private jet arranged by Paramount+.

Garcia vs. Benn

The second stop was T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas for Ryan Garcia vs. Conor Benn, a major night for Zuffa Boxing and Paramount+, marking the first Zuffa Boxing Super Fight to stream on the platform.

Garcia and Benn went head-to-head with Garcia's WBC welterweight title on the line, while the card also featured cruiserweight champion Jai Opetaia taking on Noel Mikaelian.

Ron joined Efr0n in Las Vegas for the event, capturing the atmosphere around one of boxing's most anticipated fights of the year.

The night ended quickly. Garcia stopped Benn in the second round, giving Ron plenty to capture and a pretty memorable finish to Efr0n's weekend.

Behind the scenes

For Efr0n, the experience went well beyond a single fight night. From attending Noche UFC to travelling by private jet to Las Vegas and then taking in Garcia vs. Benn, it was a full weekend built around some of the biggest names in combat sports.

Both creators brought their own perspective to the experience, with Ron's content focused on Garcia vs. Benn and Efr0n documenting the wider weekend.

Rose Ruland x Paramount+

The Paramount+ campaign also extended beyond the world of combat sports, with Rose Ruland joining the activation through a collaboration on Instagram.

Rose created a collab post exploring what your football team says about you, bringing her own football-focused content and personality into the campaign. The format gave her audience a fun way to engage with the content while connecting different football fan identities with their personalities.

It was another example of how the campaign worked across different creator styles, giving each talent the opportunity to build content that felt natural to their audience while working with Paramount+.
