Double Tap
One week, five years and a plan for what comes next.
This week, Double Tap turned five. We celebrated with a party in our newly renovated office in Barcelona, but before that we headed one hour out of the city for an off-site to plan what comes next.

The Party
On Wednesday, the creators we work with filled the room: Big John GK, The United Strand, Valentín Scarsini, Zone Foot, Georgina Leger, Aviv Levy, Aficionadofootball, Enrico Lazzarato, Zambrana, Adryana Ruiz, Pablo Beguer, Edi Queixinho, Enrique Paiva, Jesús Elizondo, Manel Surroca, Marti Ruiz, Zhork FS and Javi Freestyle.
Our CEO, Aviv Levy Shoshan, took the floor for a celebratory speech, cut the ribbon on the new office and blew out the candles.
An inspirational speech, one delicious cake.
Then Javi Freestyle, a creator who builds his content around freestyling with the ball, gave a surprise performance in front of the crowd. Edi Queixinho joined him on the floor, and what started as a show turned into a lesson, with Javi walking Edi through his freestyle techniques while the room cheered. And with all that excitement, we knew that we deserved the best dessert. Good thing, the lovely people from Anita Gelato were right there to provide us with delicious ice cream.

The Off-Site
A party looks back. The off-site looked forward.
We brought Double Tap employees from all over the globe in order to sit in on informative sessions, build friendships and tackle the most important task of the week: building the roadmap for the future of Double Tap.
We are not going to share the details yet. But the direction is clear, and everyone who will build it helped shape it.

Five Years In
Double Tap started with a simple idea: put creators where football is real, and let the work sound like them. Five years later, the idea has not changed. The group around it has simply grown.
A birthday is not a milestone because of the candles. It is a milestone because of who is there to blow them out. And a good year is not the one that ends with a celebration. It is the one that ends with a plan.
To every creator who came, and to every colleague who helped build what comes next: thank you. We are all in.
