Work with team leads to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
Build a strong pipeline of talent aligned with Double Tap’s culture.
Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Design and manage a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Ensure every new team member integrates quickly and feels set up for success.
Act as the main point of contact for employees across all people-related topics.
Culture & Team Engagement
Plan and execute team events, offsites, and team-building activities.
Foster a strong, positive, and high-performance culture.
Implement initiatives to boost team morale, collaboration, and retention.
People Operations & HR Processes
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Support performance review processes and feedback cycles.
Develop and implement internal policies and best practices.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

2+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, Talent, or similar roles (startup experience is a big plus).
Strong interpersonal skills. You’re a true people person who builds trust easily.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Interest in football, media, or the creator economy is a bonus.
Valid work permit for Spain.
What We Offer
A key role in shaping the culture and growth of a fast-scaling company.
A young, international, and ambitious team.
