Role Summary
We’re looking for a Community Manager responsible for managing and growing clients’ social media presence through strategic planning, content creation, and active community engagement.
This role involves close collaboration with clients to align on objectives, develop tailored content strategies, and deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
Work with the Creative team to brief, shape, and deliver high-quality assets.
Manage clients’ social media accounts across relevant platforms.
Meet with clients to define goals, strategy, tone of voice, and KPIs.
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with client objectives.
Create content calendars and posting schedules.
Ideate, plan, and publish engaging social media content.
Monitor and manage day-to-day account activity.
Engage with the online community (comments, messages, mentions).
Monitor performance and analyse key metrics.
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Spark Ads, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Manage audiences, segmentation, and retargeting to maximise reach and ROI.
Who You Are
A proactive Community Manager with 2+ years of experience managing social communities, brand presence, and audience engagement.
Skilled in comment management and building conversation-driven content across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
Strong understanding of tone of voice, community guidelines, and how to protect brand reputation while keeping interactions authentic.
Analytical and curious, able to track performance through platform insights and spot community patterns that drive growth.
Creative enough to test bold community-led activations, formats, and replies when needed.
A team player with strong communication skills and a genuine love for football/sports.
Fluent in English. Spanish is a big plus.
Valid work permit for the EU or Spain.
