Role Summary
We’re looking for a Creative Director with bold ideas, cultural instinct, and football in their veins. Someone who can think like a strategist, dream like a creator, and lead like a storyteller.
You’ll own the creative vision of the agency, building original content formats, shaping brand campaigns, and elevating the voice of our creators across platforms. You’ll lead brainstorms that spark magic, push boundaries with storytelling, and turn scroll-stopping ideas into moments the football world can’t ignore.
This is not just about leading projects. It’s about defining what Double Tap creativity stands for.
What You’ll Do
Lead high-level creative brainstorms with our team, creators, and brand partners, shaping ideas that travel globally.
Develop standout content IPs, formats, and recurring social series that build our creators’ worlds.
Craft new concepts for branded campaigns, storytelling formats, and cross-platform narratives.
Set and maintain a world-class creative benchmark across all Double Tap Studios output.
Oversee creative projects from concept to final cut, ensuring they land on time, on brand, and on budget.
Define and evolve the creative identity of Double Tap’s talents, helping shape their long-term storytelling vision.
Collaborate closely with strategy, partnerships, and production to bring bold ideas to life.
Who You Are
A creative machine who can turn a blank page into something the world talks about.
3–4 years of experience in creative strategy, content, or storytelling, ideally in sport, entertainment, or social.
Strong creative instinct backed by a deep understanding of culture, trends, and audience behaviour.
A true football lover.
Sharp writing and storytelling skills, from scripts to short-form hooks.
Expert knowledge of social platforms and formats.
Comfortable leading brainstorms, pitching ideas, and working with creators or brands.
Great organisational and project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns.
Fluent in English. Spanish is a big plus.
Valid work permit for Spain.
