Role Summary
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who blends creative instinct with data-driven precision. Someone who understands both the art and the algorithm.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, analytics, and storytelling, helping Double Tap scale visibility, improve performance, and drive creator-focused campaigns that reach millions of fans. You’ll work closely with our Content, Social, and Partnerships teams to make sure every touchpoint — from paid to organic — hits harder, performs smarter, and builds the Double Tap brand globally.
What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Spark Ads, YouTube, and Google Ads.
Manage audiences, segmentation, and retargeting to maximise reach and ROI.
Build and iterate paid funnels for visibility, events, creator campaigns, and internal launches.
A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
Own the SEO strategy for Double Tap’s owned channels and website.
Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and implement technical and on-page optimisations.
Lead SEM efforts through Google Search campaigns and strategic bidding.
Track rankings and visibility, identifying new growth opportunities.
Monitor KPIs across all marketing channels and propose data-backed improvements.
Support the planning and execution of Double Tap events, creator moments, and brand activations.
Work with the Creative team to brief, shape, and deliver high-quality marketing assets.
Coordinate with the Social and Talent teams to amplify launches and announcements.
Manage newsletters, email updates, and internal communications with precision and flair.
Improve CRM segmentation, engagement, and retention across our community.
Who You Are
A proactive marketer with 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance.
Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Spark Ads, Google Ads, and data dashboards.
Strong understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, and optimisation tools.
Familiar with the creator ecosystem, social platforms, and sports culture.
Analytical and curious, but creative enough to take bold risks when needed.
A team player with strong communication skills and a love for football.
Fluent in English. Spanish is a big plus.
Valid work permit for the EU or Spain.
