Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Partnerships Director Europe to lead Double Tap’s commercial growth across key European markets. Based in Barcelona, you will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding our client base, and managing a team of partnership managers.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in sales, sports, partnerships, or content creator management, along with a proven network of clients and contacts across the UK, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy. You combine strategic vision with a hands-on commercial mindset, capable of both building relationships at the highest level and managing a motivated team to deliver exceptional results.
This is a senior leadership role within Double Tap’s commercial department, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to play a key role in scaling one of the most exciting agencies in the football creator space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Double Tap’s commercial strategy and business development across key European markets.
Identify, pitch, and close new partnerships with brands, platforms, clubs, federations, and agencies.
Manage and mentor a growing team of partnership managers, ensuring alignment, growth, and performance across markets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and strategic accounts.
Develop customized partnership proposals and creative concepts in collaboration with the strategy and creative teams.
Oversee the full partnership lifecycle: from initial outreach to deal negotiation, execution, and renewal.
Cultivate long-term client relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
Represent Double Tap at major industry events and activations across Europe.
Monitor trends in the sports, creator, and digital content landscape to inform business strategy.
Report directly to the Head of Partnerships and collaborate closely with the leadership team on agency growth initiatives.
Your Profile
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or account management within sports, content creation, or media.
Strong network and portfolio of clients across the UK, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and/or Italy.
Proven experience in closing high-value deals and building long-term commercial relationships.
Demonstrated experience in team management and cross-market coordination.
Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
Passion for football, digital creators, and branded content.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, French, Italian, German, or Dutch is a strong plus.
Must have a valid work permit for the location of employment (Barcelona).
