Role Summary
We are looking for a Partnerships Intern to join our team in Barcelona starting February 2026. This internship is based exclusively in Barcelona, so applicants must already live there or be willing to relocate for the duration of the internship.
This unique opportunity offers hands-on experience in our Sponsorships & Activations team. You will actively contribute to tasks supporting our partnerships and sponsorships initiatives, gaining firsthand experience working with high-profile creators and global brands in football.

What You’ll Do
Lead high-level creative brainstorms with our team, creators, and brand partners, shaping ideas that travel globally.
Assist with coordinating creator campaigns, tracking deliverables, ensuring content aligns with client and brand expectations, and building insights reports.
Stay up to date on social media trends, viral content, and emerging platforms to support the Talent and Partnerships team.
Provide support by identifying, reaching out to, and establishing meetings with commercial brand partners.
Proactively participate in meetings by suggesting creative ideas such as new brands to collaborate with, new talents to onboard, new content ideas, etc.
Update and manage HubSpot (CRM Tool) with leads, opportunities, and accounts while maintaining detailed and accurate notes of sales-related activities.
Create reports such as business cases, competitor analyses, and market analyses.
Who You Are
Assist with day-to-day commercial management of creators/activations including scheduling meetings, communications, and assisting with content delivery and planning.
3–4 years of experience in creative strategy, content, or storytelling, ideally in sport, entertainment, or social.
Strong creative instinct backed by a deep understanding of culture, trends, and audience behaviour.
A true football lover.
Sharp writing and storytelling skills, from scripts to short-form hooks.
Expert knowledge of social platforms and formats.
Comfortable leading brainstorms, pitching ideas, and working with creators or brands.
Great organisational and project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns.
Fluent in English. Spanish is a big plus.
Valid work permit for Spain.
