Future 8 Launch
PUMA wanted to showcase the launch of its new Future 8 boots in partnership with LaLiga, aiming to generate excitement across both brands’ channels while connecting authentically with global football fans. The challenge was to design activations that went beyond product promotion and instead highlighted the energy, creativity and culture of the game. Double Tap was tasked with bringing in the right mix of creators and players to ensure the content felt both entertaining and impactful.
Double Tap brought in freestyler Javi Freestyle for a high-energy activation in Seville, where he went head to head with LaLiga star Antony. From penalty shootouts to ball control challenges and a one on one duel, the competition format was designed to showcase Antony’s skills while spotlighting the new boots. This content resonated with fans globally, achieving over 12 million views across social platforms.
At the same time, we gathered creators Akkamist, It’s Appie, Loris GK and Laura Radke for the official launch event in Lisbon. They took part in football challenges and created original content tailored to their communities, collectively generating more than 1.3 million views. By combining star power with creator-led storytelling, the campaign successfully elevated the Future 8 launch and delivered meaningful visibility for both PUMA and LaLiga.
