The Brief

Seria A wanted to strengthen their global connection with fans by showcasing the unique energy of Italian football in new and engaging ways. The objective was to go beyond the ninety minutes and bring supporters closer to the passion, the players and the culture of Seria A. Double Tap was tasked with continuing its role as the leagues official creator agency for the 2025/26 season, building on a growing appetite for creator-led sports storytelling.

Execution

Across the 24/25 season, Double Tap delivered ten activations across Italy, collaborating with a diverse mix of international creators from Morocco, the UK, Brazil, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Japan and beyond. Each activation captured the essence of Italian football culture, from the raw intensity of Milan and Rome to the timeless beauty of Florence and the passion of Naples.

Fans were taken beyond the 90 minutes, with exclusive behind-the-scenes access and rare on-pitch moments alongside some of Serie As biggest stars. From tunnel walks to pitchside celebrations, every experience was designed to bring audiences closer to the game than ever before.

The creative approach combined authentic creator storytelling with the emotion and heritage of calcio, balancing relatable content with a premium, cinematic feel. The result was a campaign that resonated globally, generating over 340 million impressions and positioning Serie A as not just a league, but a cultural experience.
