PlayStation wanted to make its mark on the UEFA Champions League Final in Munich and the UEFA Womens Champions League Final in Lisbon. The challenge was to elevate brand awareness by creating memorable, shareable moments that blended PlayStations gaming culture with the excitement of footballs biggest stage. Double Tap was tasked with designing and delivering creator-led activations that would feel fresh, fun, and impossible for fans to scroll past.

Double Tap brought PlayStations world to life with two major activations. At the PlayStation House, creators took on real life challenges inspired by iconic PlayStation games, competing head-to-head with UEFA legends including Kaká, Sneijder, Marcelo, Mario Gomez, and Khedira. The format merged gaming with live sport, creating entertainment that resonated across audiences.


In Munich, the magic continued with a Matchday +1 experience at the Allianz Arena. Selected creators stepped onto the UCL Final pitch for an exclusive play session, turning a dream moment into standout content. These activations combined the prestige of UEFA legends with creator-led storytelling, driving over 90 million impressions and significantly boosting PlayStations visibility during one of footballs most-watched weekends.
